Diljit Dosanjh made history at Vancouver's BC Place stadium, becoming the first Punjabi artist to grace its stage. Known for his groundbreaking achievements in the music industry, Diljit once again showcased Punjabi music on a global scale with his unforgettable performance in Vancouver.

Sharing snippets from his Dil-Luminati tour on Instagram, Diljit exclaimed, “HISTORY HAS BEEN WRITTEN at BC PLACE STADIUM, SOLD OUT for DIL-LUMINATI TOUR!” His post was accompanied by photos and a video capturing the electrifying atmosphere.

In a touching moment, Diljit was seen expressing gratitude to Chris, the general manager of the stadium, saying, “Thank you Sir, thank you for having us here.” Chris reciprocated, acknowledging the event as the largest Punjabi show outside of India, and presented Diljit with a framed memento.

Celebrities couldn't contain their excitement about Diljit's Vancouver concert. Neha Dhupia hailed it as beyond amazing, declaring it the era of Diljit Dosanjh. Rhea Kapoor expressed her love and longing for the event, while a fan emotionally recounted being moved when Diljit kissed a child's forehead, describing him as a godsend.

The Dil-Luminati tour witnessed a full house, with all tickets sold out. Prices for front-row seats ranged from $482.79 to $713.89, reflecting the immense demand. Diljit treated the 54,000-strong crowd to tracks from his hit album “GOAT,” delivering an unforgettable experience.

Recently, Diljit showcased his acting prowess in Imtiaz Ali's musical biopic “Amar Singh Chamkila,” where he portrayed the legendary Punjabi singer. The film, available on Netflix, received acclaim, further solidifying Diljit's status as a multifaceted talent.
