ISPL: Sachin Tendulkar Gets Out by BB Winner Munawar Faruqui

Sachin Tendulkar was bowled out by Munawar Faruqui, the winner of Bigg Boss, during the friendly match between Master XI and Akshay Kumar's Khiladi XI. It was quite a surprise for everyone at the stadium, as the crowd went completely silent.

At the exciting start of the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) in Thane, Sachin Tendulkar had quite a memorable day. He faced Munawar, the Bigg Boss winner, and also showed a kind gesture towards para-cricketer Amir Hussain Lone. The legendary batsman, leading his Master XI against Akshay Kumar's Khiladi XI, kicked off the first edition of the ISPL.

Munawar Faruqui, known for his Bigg Boss victory, managed to dismiss Tendulkar in the fifth over of the Master XI innings. This surprised the audience at Dadoji Kondadev Stadium since Tendulkar was making most of the runs for his team. Tendulkar scored 30 runs off 17 balls in the exhibition match. Faruqui's dismissal of Tendulkar quickly became a hot topic on social media.

Moving on to the T20 cricket tournament, the ISPL will witness Srinagar Ke Veer facing Majhi Mumbai in the opening match of the tennis ball competition on Friday at 7:30 PM IST. The grand opening ceremony featured actor Siddhant Chaturvedi from Gully Boy and the Dharavi Rockers Band performing at Wankhede Stadium.

The star-studded opening ceremony saw celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Suriya Sivakumar, Hrithik Roshan, and Ram Charan in attendance. The ISPL will see six teams competing – Chennai Singams, Tiigers of Kolkata, Falcon Risers Hyderabad, Bangalore Strikers, and Srinagar Ke Veer.
