Godrej Properties Sells Homes Worth ₹3,000 Crores in Gurugram

Godrej Properties Ltd, a Mumbai-based real estate company, recently made impressive sales totaling over ₹3,000 crores in Gurugram. This announcement marks their second time achieving such sales in Gurugram and the fourth time across India. The sales were for their project, Godrej Zenith, situated in Sector 89, Gurugram, as stated in their recent filing with regulatory authorities.

Godrej Zenith stands as GPL's largest residential development in Gurugram. The company experienced a substantial 473% year-on-year increase in sales for Gurugram in FY24. Looking ahead to FY25, Godrej Properties has a robust plan for new launches in Sector 103, Sector 43, and Sector 54, aiming to further solidify their presence in the city.

This milestone in Gurugram follows significant sales achievements across India. In the last fiscal year (FY24), GPL exceeded ₹2,000 crores in sales during launches for the second time in Gurugram and the fourth time nationally. In Q4 FY24, they sold inventory worth approximately ₹2,690 crores for Godrej Reserve in Kandivali, Mumbai.

Additionally, Godrej Aristocrat in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, saw sales surpassing ₹2,875 crores. In Q2 FY24, Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida achieved sales exceeding ₹2,000 crores.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed delight in the response to Godrej Zenith, thanking customers and stakeholders for their trust. He emphasized Gurugram's importance as a market for the company, hinting at plans to enhance their presence in the city in the coming years.

Godrej Properties, a key player in the real estate sector, operates in major areas such as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region), Pune, and Bengaluru.
